We buy from licensed Antiguan fishermen, hold the catch live, and air-freight it to wholesale buyers in China, Hong Kong and the Caribbean.
Our lobster
We supply one thing: live, wild-caught Caribbean spiny lobster. Availability follows the fishing season, so quantities and shipment plans are quoted directly rather than listed online.
How we work
We buy from licensed local fishermen, and check the vessel licence when the catch comes in.
Every delivery is weighed, checked alive and responsive, and recorded against its supplier and vessel.
Lobster is held live in our holding tanks, with smaller lobster kept in tanks of their own.
Each shipment is graded by size and packed for its route, airline and destination.
Shipments are documented and air-freighted, and we follow up on how they arrive.

Every delivery we receive is recorded with its supplier, vessel and weight, so the lobster in a shipment can be traced back to where it was landed.
